Products and Custom Orders- Many items are custom, handmade, or made-to-order (including Snowglobe Tumblers, Coasters, Freshies, and similar products).- Colors, designs, glitter, and placement may vary slightly from photos or mockups.- You are responsible for checking all personalization details (names, dates, colors, wording, etc.) before submitting your order.3. Pricing and Payments- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).- Taxes and shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout.- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.4. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery- Processing time (the time to create and prepare your order) is separate from shipping time.- Estimated processing and shipping times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.- Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier or postal service are outside of our control.5. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations- Because our products are custom and/or digital in nature, all sales are final and non-refundable.- Exceptions are made only if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.- If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the problem.- If your claim is approved, we will work with you on a replacement or another reasonable solution. Cancellations may not be possible once work has begun on your order.6.
