Due to the unique nature of our custom-made items and digital designs, all sales at Ashlee Costa Customs are final. Because these products are personalized or delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind. We appreciate your understanding and support of our creative process.

Exceptions and Solutions

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part and you received the wrong item, we are here to help. In these specific cases, we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or a suitable alternative solution to ensure you are happy with your custom creation.

How to Report a Quality Issue

If there is a problem, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Make sure to include photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue quickly. After the 2-day window has passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer any replacements.
